My career in the food service industry began 15 years ago when I worked part time while working my way through school. I studied Biology at UCSD but have found myself compelled to work in the fun, crazy, interesting and ever-changing world of food! Drawn to friends, I’ve returned for the second time to the business of Food Service and the world of Opportunity Buys®.
My husband and I adopted two greyhounds from a rescue group in San Diego. They are fully integrated into our lives and are virtually our ‘kids’ – though weighing-in at nearly 70 pounds each! Abby and Bugly are their names and they reside with us in the revived and fun, urban neighborhood of Little Italy in downtown San Diego.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m usually laughing, mostly outdoors with my dogs, often baking delicious desserts and enjoying the company of my husband, friends, and neighbors. I’ve always been athletic and enjoy skiing, Pilates, yoga, running and swimming.
