I was born and raised in Bellaire, OH. Upon graduating from High School and pursuing a degree in Psychology/Sociology from Ohio University, I enlisted in the United States Army. After my tour of duty was complete, I returned home to Bellaire. I worked various jobs in residential and commercial improvements/renovations.
In 2000, I moved to Columbus, OH and secured employment in the Logistics Industry. I started as a forklift driver and was able to work my way up to Transportation Coordinator; a position I held until the company relocated. Shortly thereafter, I relocated to Detroit, MI and on June 1, 2010, I became a Transportation Coordinator with National Food Group, Inc.
Working beside my new Transportation team has introduced me to very unique aspects of the logistics industry. I continue to learn many amazing things every day. I really enjoy communicating with various carriers and customers to assure accurate and complete customer satisfaction with each and every shipment. This objective is the main desire that attracted me and keeps me in the logistics industry.
