Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point

Meat safety is a major issue in the food industry. CSV Sales, Inc. has instituted a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirement for all of our meat and poultry manufacturers.

As part of our HACCP requirement, the manufacturer must attain the following:

  • A strict sanitation policy
  • A quality assurance program
  • A pathogen reduction policy
  • A rodent policy
  •  No recalls in the last 36 months
