Meredith was born in San Diego, California, spent time in Chicago, Illinois and settled in southeastern Michigan.  She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.  Following a year of clinical work at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, Meredith obtained her Registered Dietitian professional designation.  As an Account Manager for CSV, she enjoys fulfilling her customer’s needs through personal interaction.  In her spare time, Meredith enjoys travel, water sports, exercise, and spending time with her friends and family.
